was gonna pen a really emo post for the crazy lady in the picture above but Marissa already beat me to the punch. so ill just recount a little tale that occured this evening. haaa.

so long story short, the said crazy lady(in the picture) moved to london and acquired a UK mobile number which she gave me via skype. after profuse failed attempts to reach her I ringed Maxis Customer service to solicit some assistance. And even after troubleshooting and trying out various other methods for international dialing i was still met with failure.

so i asked Malihah whether the number she gave was correct and she said it was indeed accurate. At this point I was ready to throw a fit with Maxis!

HOWEVER, as it turned out....i DID have the wrong number after double-checking with Marissa!

ahahahaahha im sorry Maxis customer service operator!

some very prominent and influential people replied my tweets! For which i am uber excited about. Here are some photographic evidentiary support to back my claims so you dont think im a loony.

Firstly, it was Mr Joe Zee creative director of ELLE magazine, replacing Gilles Bensimon as of January 07. The second picture is of him and ELLE editor-in-chief Robbie Myers guest staring on Ugly Betty as themselves. If you happen to be an avid fan of UB they also guest starred in a previous UB episode where they had a MODE vs ELLE softball game which also featured Naomi Campbell playing for the ELLE team. His career is one i have a profound admiration for.

the next one is from the official twitter page for BCBGMAXAZRIA. this page is being administered by Lubov Azria who happens to be the spouse of Max Azria and co-designer for the BCBG, Max Azria and BCBGirls labels. The other picture is Lubov and Max Azria at their house taken from an article in Harpers Bazzar.

this reply, i got from our former prime minister's son-in-law Mr. Khairy Jamaluddin, husband and babydaddy to Nori Abdullah. dont get me wrong, i am the least bit captivated by his political milieu and the whole Permatang Pasir drama could just bore me to tears. Im interested in him because of the store TENC of which he is part owner of. TENC is a multi-label menswear store that exudes a sort of gentlemen's club ambience to it. They carry labels such as Alessandro dell'Acqua, Jill Sander and William Rast amid others. The Rolling Stones Junkfood tee that i wore in that photograph i picked up from that very store. i told him that i loved his store and that was what he replied.

And finally this last one is from the R.J. Cutler's documentary wittily entitled 'the September Issue'. My question was what was Anna Wintour wearing to the NYC premiere.

So last week i had my iPhone 3G sent to Maxis to be jail-broken and upgraded to the OS 3.0 software, meaning the 3Gs. I am loving all the small small extra details and tweaks that mac has done for the new OS.

Whilst being away for two whole days, i felt like i was dying without my mobile twitter and facebook, etc. Too add insult to the injury, my old N93 was stolen days leading up to the RWMF(FUCK. YOU. PENCURI) which left me phone-less during that duration. Speaking of, since I am now left with only one phone, just wanted to let you guys know that i am currently not using my DiGi number and is only using my Maxis number at the mo. (if you dont have my maxis number just ask it from me on facebook or something)

So if you've been trying to contact me on the 016 number and couldnt, now you know why. I still have the number and will keep it. Will start using it once ive found a replacement cellphone. *cough*cough*berry*cough*cough*..

it's been a month since i stopped dieting and excercising. Im dead scared to get on the scale now, probably gained back all the weight ive lost haha. Ive been procrastinating on getting back to my healthy regime. For obvious reasons of course, it being such a BORE *yawns*. Today has been the most unhealthy day so far, let me send you to sleep by recapitulating today's food intake.

Some friends are back in town this week. Understandably they'd want to savour on some local delicacies. Take Nad for example. Her being a self-proclaimed gourmand, practically begged(okay, a tad bit exaggerated) for me to bring her to devour a bowl of Laksa for lunch and since im such a good friend, naturally I had to oblige! lol

As we were almost done, Zurya wanted to come see us and we decided to head over to Iglool for some desserts. Nad was obsessing over the one with the egg yolk. she kept on hinting for one of us to order it so that she could try it. but her marketing strategies were met with failure. ha!

Then, Zurya told Ira and the others to come meet us at Bing! The rest of them had panini and brownies but moi ordered the chicken salad in an attempt to be less unhealthy (the chicken salad taste good too, so its a win-win). I think the Bing! people are probably sick of us since all of them were yakking deafeningly and were "misbehaving" haha. And then they wanted to have some swee kang! and i thought i was the greedy one.. but alas, it was too packed there and lok ann was closing so they went to kubah ria. however i decided not to follow them and head back home.

Whilst on my way, i took a detour and got myself some KTK! god knows how long ive been thirsty for some KTK. After that, mom called and asked me to meet her at Secret Recipe. For some inexplicable reason(yeah right) i was still hungry so i got the macaroni.

So that concludes today's food journal. I think my meal plan is in dire need of change. Right?

until then, procrastination is my middle name. As Nurse Jackie puts it,

"make me good god, just....not yet"

Ali, Rose and I finally decided to go to the beach after much procrastination. we felt it ought to be done sooner rather than later and is rather necessary as most of us are leaving one after the other as time rolled on. However only Mal, Meel, Rose, Ali and moi-self went. The others had other obligations. while on our way, we saw a silver caldina in the DRAIN. but i think no one were injured badly though. you can see the pictures in my facebook.

A large number of busybodies surrounded the peripheral area to steal a glance of the scene to only have the policeman roar at them "sik perlu tangga! klak isok nya klua newspaper! sia ktkorg nangga puas puas!!" = nothing to see here, tommorow it will be all over the papers!! there you can have a look at it as long as you want!"

LOLgasmic. So anyways we called it a day when twilight came. the sun was beauteous and enchanting. after that we went for dinner together. everyone was completely mute for the first half of the meal cause we were sooo famished and parched. haha only after a while then conversations started to pick up again.

As we were about to leae there was a bit of...lol no need to write a tell all here. haha. Finally we settled at the coffee bean inside green heights mall before they sent me to four points to meet up with my fam. Im going to miss these moments when practically everyone leaves while the future of myself appears to be unascertained.....for now.

Then at night Sonia's having a dinner to commemorate her 17 years on this earth. Mom just called like 5 minutes ago saying shes on the way to come get me. im totally typing away here and have not even showered yet. i better go now before she comes and screams lol.

Karl opted to debut the cruise collection in Venice due to Mademoiselle Coco's love for the city. She instantly fell head over heels for Venice the first time setting her foot in Venice. This voyage was made in an attempt to palliate the pain she felt after her lover, Boy Capel lost his life to a motorcycle accident.

Although he was not much of a faithful lover to coco, we should be thankful for he was the financier in opening Chanel's first stores and was also mademoiselle coco's inspiration.

Today has been somewhat pleasing and fulfilling. Just one of those rare days where everything goes your way. I havent felt this accomplished in a really long time.

I started the day by going to the Bank to get my Visa card done. The bank teller was hella annoying and kept asking my dad questions about our AP. And my iphone too. After that went to get my lomo fixed and to get a new roll of film.

When i got back to the office, i saw on the table (beaming and elated like a small child presented with ice cream) that my package from Borders USA and Amazon had finally arrived! Excited and peeing in my pants(metaphorically) i ripped open my brown(Borders) and white with bubble wrap(Amazon) packages.

And for the icing on the cake, i ate really healthily and even went to the gym! Kudos to me.

Anyways...Ill get back to my Hibiscus infused tea and get back to cathing up on True Blood.

p.s. This was written like the day before yesterday and tried to post it but to no avail. Some shiteous blogger problems or something.

OH and yes people that IS the Borders American version of the twilight DVD set! Loves the extra stuff on it. They even gave me postcards lol. You know I only get my twilight stuff[my soundtrack album, musical scores, books etc] from the united states of a, land of plenty! Im a twihard fanpire. so sue me.

Have been absent in the blogosphere for quite a while now. Not because im busy, but because im just plain LAZY.
Plus its so much easier to tweet. Tweet Tweet! So yeah today i had a really good day. Ween and i went to GS Global (i think it was called) because ween is applying to Sunway through them as they are the agent. I did take some brochures with me. The lady there is unbelievably nice and warm and cheerful. If the whole pilot things turns out to be a debacle, im thinking of Law and Mass Comm. Mass Comm i could still pursue my dreams of continueing my higher education the united states of a, but law however is preferably done in UK. So i guess ill ponder about these things in the coming months.

Next we went to the gym and had an early dinner at sarawak club before going for our 8oclock movie. Ween drove me to little lebanon to meet up with Mal, Rose, Ali and Awg for a bit s she went back home and then proceeded to fetch Sonia and me for our movie. Angels & Demons gets two thumbs up from me. Its not as divergent from the book which i loved. Plus when the cardinals wore all red i was totally having flashbacks of 2007's 'Valentino in Rome, 45 Years of Style' tribute with Valentino's signature red dresses. Soooo...yeah. :)

my room is still messy and my things arent ready yet. sigh.

about a month ago,

mom's wallet got stolen along with all her cards and things. so today she got her credit card statements and apparently the nefarious, iniquitous, impoverish-ly pauperized thieves had a jolly good time purchasing household items over a thousand ringgits worth at a certain known grocery store at a certain famed shopping mall named (after a particular weather season) in our little municipal.

Ohh this was prior to her realizing it was gone and hadnt contacted the banks yet to declare the cards purloined to have them nulled and voided.

Please people, do NOT resort to thievery. Other people bust their asses to earn a living while you with such cavalier take what is not yours. All i can say is to the destitute person who swiped mom's card, ROT IN THE DEEPEST PIT OF HELL DOUCHE!
i couldve gotten an hermes shirt. :(

Oh and another thing, mom says theres some sort of lump in her chest thats been bothering her for weeks and only today did she went to see an oncologist to find out that lumpS are in fact present in her chest. She did ultrasounds and whatever shits today. Hopefully its nothing major. probably just cysts or something. must think positively. :)

mom: What if you dont pass the exam? whats your plan B?

mom: Didnt you use to want to be a lawyer before?
me: Yeah! i remembered!! hmm.. maybe i should go do law at Taylors.. However if go Taylors i might as well do mass comm?
mom: But those kind of courses take too long..
me: About 4 - 5 years i guess..
mom: Too long. The pilot's course would only be a year plus.
me: Yeah.. BUT i want mass comm! BUT ive always wanted to be a lawyer. BUT if i dont become a pilot i wont be able to travel like shit crazy!

In the middle of the night when the tip of your tongue longs for a little sweetness, and youre one of those lazy to concoct intricate delicacies kinda people then this is THE recipe for you. :)

Ingredients:-

- 1(or 2) Bananas
- a couple of tablespoons of Milo
- THATS ALL.

Method:-

1. Cut your bananas into lovely slices
2. Put the banana slices into a bowl
3. Sprinkle the milo on top
4. Voila and youre done...

ENJOY PPL! haha.

can be served both chilled and at room temp.

oookaaaayy.... that didnt last long.

I hope i'll get to start learning how to drive today.Funny story happened with the table test but i wont get into that here. gahah. So i flunked my table test twice god that was embarassing. When i failed the first time my mom told me she wouldnt let me go through with the drivers ed course if i failed AGAIN for which i did. So i told her i passed the second time muahahaha. Little did she know i was already scheming and had a third test scheduled...

So on thursday last week i got up and started to get panicky cause i had no means of transportation to get to that place. I decided against using the taxi cause i just dont feel like it. I called nad, and got the usual answer. Ween's not here. Finally zurya responded to my desperate pleas and boy was i relieved. And not a moment too soon she arrived. Zurya should definitely join the Formula One GP. Haha. Anyways I went for my test and scored a 45 which i was pleased cause i thought i would fail yet again and that certainly wouldnt suffice now would it..

slow night, so long

Today feels so dead. Yesterday i fell asleep at about 11pm like i always do then woke up at 1am. I seem to be having my 'siestas' in the early part of night of late. As usual, i fell asleep with my head rested on my arm with my mac on my side. Today however , as i regained consciousness i discovered it was on the floor charging. thanks mom.

Tonight everyone is asleep. Didnt have late night tete-a-tetes since Sonia and hisyam are both in the land of the nod.

I decided to browse through Taylor's website yet again. I reeeeaaallyyyyyyy wanted to do my American Degree in mass communications at Taylors but i decided to go for aviation school instead. I guess i just dont have the guts to struggle and thrive in that industry living in this part of asia and all. My dream of studying in the states is merely that now, a dream. Although i think i made the right choice. I only have to study for less than two years, and relish the perks that I'll get from the airline that would employ me. such as free airline tickets woot woot! AND BEST PART? I think a while back my aunt told me that the Pilots arent allowed to use economy class when they travel. :DDDDDD So, amen to that! (although if this is true it in all likelihood applies to certain airlines only)

So now im gonna be like, literally checking the mailbox every few hours lol for the letter from the Department of Civil Aviation (oh oh oh and my package from Borders USA!). Once i get the letter ill jet to KL to do my medical exams. Hopefully all goes well. Then i might be able to bid adieu to Kuching and say hello Johore. Im already devising impromptu Singapore or KL weekend trips in my head.. LOL.

Oh well, daydreaming(or isit night dreaming?) aside, i shall have another endeavour at going back to sleep now...

So the G20 economic summit was held in London a couple of days ago and Mr United States President Barack O and the missus flew across the pond via private jet(duh) to grace fellow Londoners with their democratic presence.

The dynamic duo also squeezed in their manic schedule to visit the Queen and im sure they prattled over a cup a tea(said like Helena Bonham Carter in Sweeney Todd) and crumpets no less. However, I do find it relatively peculiar that they gifted the Queen with an ipod. i mean, for one couldnt the Queen afford an ipod of her own? Does she even know how to sync it with her computer? LOL. Nevertheless, she can probably get someone on her payroll to do it for her. Im just curious, did they gave her an ipod touch or ipod classic? And in what colour? HAHA.

Moving on to the more important stuff(haha), first lady, Michelle O looks stunning. I personally think she has a great sense of style. Simple and classic. Timeless elegance almost in a Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis kinda way. I daresay she's on her way to becoming a fashion icon like Jackie O. Michelle O is sooooo the new Jackie O. It has also come to my awareness that Michelle O wears Thakoon A LOT.. and Jason Wu. Anywho, why is it that reporters neglect what the men are wearing??? im sure Mr Obama's suit is Armani or something.

okay you know what? i was thinking long and hard of a somewhat presentable "introduction" to this post but all i could come up with were crappy so the hell with it. haha. Im always having trouble with introduction anyways so moving onnn....

i would just like to say that in these times of economic downfall, unfavourably we without hesitation need to cut corners, tighten our belts and save our pennies.

Im only earning minimum wage with the current position that im holding ergo every cent should count right?

I conventionally try to avoid borrowing money from other people unless if im really desperado. And even so, I will not rest(hint exaggeration) until that debt is paid. I truly loathe the feeling of being in debt ergo I always find a way to pay my debts hastily. However loaning cash to others I dont mind as much if i know that person really needs it and especially if said person is a friend of mine. I mean hey, who knows someday i might need help from that person. As long as they pay me back of course.

Now, i suppose you could say that im very lenient, meaning to say im not really in a hurry to collect the dinero that i am owed if he or she is really undergoing financial woes. BUT, I SERIOUSLY DETEST people who go out practically everyday spending money frolicking all over town yet they know they are in debt!

Come on people! Take up some responsibility! JEEZ!

IF YOU CANT AFFORD TO LIVE EXTRAVAGANT LIFESTYLE THAT YOU INEXPLICABLY LEAD, PLEASE DO NOT ACT LIKE YOURE EFFING OPRAH OR SOMETHING. PEOPLE SEE YOU OUT AND ABOUT THROWING MONEY BUYING CLOTHES OR BOOZE, WHEN IN ACTUAL FACT YOURE IN FUCKING DEBT.

Hilary Duff really wants to be a mini-mogul. The 21-year-old singer/actress is currently working on a new fashion line in collaboration with a DKNY.

Her new collection is called Femme for DKNY Jeans.

In a new interview, Hils said that "One of the hardest things is to come up with a name. But I think Femme works really well and explains the line perfectly as feminine but tough all at the same time. It’s aggressive, but in a good way.”

This is Hilary's second attempt at fashion. About five years ago she released Stuff by Hilary Duff, which is now being phased out.

She said about her previous line, “I’ve lost interest in it, and I’m ready to move on and do other things. I feel like the brand was for younger girls, and I want to do things for girls my own age now. I’ve been learning so much about how the process happens from how much certain things cost to shipping schedules - it has been an amazing learning experience.”

yo guys... its been like hella long since i blogged about my hanky-panky day to day occurences. as soon as i saw dad(real biological dad not the impostor or not adopted) walk in carrying a box i was absolutely beaming with joy.

Whoever “it” may be, I pity “it”s rather asylum equivalent of a sheltered brain because for obvious reasons (check-out “its” pitiful vitriol in the cbox), “it” has fallaciously come to believe that moi’s fictional work is based on “it’s” rather paltry and drab life. Alas, in life you cant have everyone like you. You have your lovers and you have your haters. Merely a nature of humanity to spice up our lives and keep it balanced. Yin and yang. ☺.

A PERFECT EXAMPLE would be if you only have ONE friend. Although I do have one theory, perhaps “it” is a HUGE fan of Disney stars and is simply a knee-jerk reaction to defend “it’s” idols. Lol.

today im feeling so inspired to write and write and write. its like there's an invisible creative force rushing through my veins. A feeling that just gives me an adrenaline high. Im not positive whether this is going to be a lengthy story or an abrupt one. i'll just keep on writing as long as the ideas flourish. so here goes....

(oh its called 'The not so Wonderful World of Disney' because i will be borrowing some of the names of prominent disney stars.)

Once upon a time, in LaLa land, the land for immature teens, lived these happy group of people. who were amazing friends. They laughed together, perused the stores together, frolicked around town together and were basically just inseparable. everyone lived happily ever after.....(*cue the sound of a record being scratched) until one day.

INTRODUCTION TO THE MAIN CHARACTERS.

Miley is a happy-go-lucky girl who lives her life to the fullest and is pretty much like any other ordinary girl. i guess you could say she is the epitome of a girl next door with a funky touch of agyness deyn flair to her. Her hair is unnaturally brunette, her face a pallid complexion. Miley's sense of style is never monotonous as she is quite edgy and never follows fashion trends where as instead she creates her own. She has two pet dogs whom she names ping and pong. Oh and did i mention she has a boyfriend, Nick? They are quite the quintessential suburban couple. Normal right?

Nick(Miley's boyfriend) is one of those tough jocks with a well-built frame, a reasonable tan who basically played every sport you can think of. Sports is his life. But he has a softer side to him as he likes to star in musicals! (didn't expect that one did you? *hint sarcasm). Despite being ridiculed by a small number of his shallow minded friends, he doesn't care. Nick also has a brother, Joe. Joe differs from Nick unequivocally. Joe is a far less athletic person, in fact he is not the least bit interested in sports. He prefers to play music and write songs on his guitar and piano. He is anomalously gawky and with a near-shoulder length hair. He's also into skinny pants. In a way these brothers have an artistic side. Although these are not the only similarities that they share. Joe and Nick are quite well known by the LaLa Land's townsfolk for being notoriously ill-mannered, wayward, insubordinate delinquents....They like to play practical jokes. Besides that, they are also prone to 'adulterous' behaviours. Loyal is not a word that appears to be present in their dictionary. Did I mention that Joe is dating Taylor?

Taylor is a sweet, fun-loving girl with a quirky laugh. She has round hazel eyes, auburn hair and a plump-ish figure. She enjoys reading, swimming and cooking. Much to the astonishment of her peers, she loves Joe and couldn't care less of his rather unappealing behaviour. Love really is blind.

Camilla is of Asian-American descendant and is brilliant in whatever she puts her hands on. Be it examinations, science projects, competitions, she is just that kind of girl. She doesnt have a passion, its more to doing what youre supposed to and what youre told to do and doing it well (e.g. exams). Her hair is long and and wavy, has brown eyes and a slender figure. Camilla is regaled by her family with lavish gifts being an only child and lets just say money is no objection to her.

Selena on the other hand, is a complete bimbo. Beauty and brains of a bimbo i should say. She totally looks the part with her strawberry blonde hair and can never stop talking. Often doing inane frivolous things without a care in the world cause daddy gots her back yo! Not to mention that her favourite colour is pink. No shocker there. Despite all that, she is a completely private person and rarely shares her secrets to anyone. Selena has had a crush on Nick throughout her entire high school life.

Demi is one of Selena's best childhood friends. In fact, thet go even waaay back before pre-school when their mothers would go over to each other's houses and arrange playdates for their then toddlers. Demi can be an archetype to Gretchen Weiners in mean girls.

Those are basically the main characters. Stay tuned for the actual story! Drama will ensue! Im totally getting a "The Hills" goes to high school vibe on this one....

after skipping my slumber the night before last, i inconveniently dozed off at 6pm yesterday subsequent from returning from the shop. i thought it was just going to be a power nap, yet staggeringly as i woke up, the clock pointed at roughly 2.30am. i went down and made toast then got back up again and returned to my routine of surfing the net in the wee hours of the morning. Am quite enjoying the quotidian downfall during this time of the year as opposed to the scorching heat of...lets say june? its always hot in the middle of the year right? any hot, dry thing i dont really... lol. So i was watching the Christina Aguilera Back to Basics tour: live and down under concert DVD and really, the Back to Basics album is honestly one of the greatest albums ever. i remembered two years ago i think, i was really salivating the album release. Christina really knows how to put on a show. The album is basically very jazzy and sort of circus-themed with a vintage feel circa early 1900's. Even though she has a new record that she describes as pop art-ish out this is truly one of her best works. oh and as much as i like britney, i kinda have a feeling she got "inspired" by this album for CIRCUS. but hers is a different version and remains true to her pop roots.

"The first half of the album is kind of a throwback with elements of jazz, blues and soul music combined with a modern-day twist, like hard-hitting beats. And for the second disc, we [Aguilera and Perry] creatively went into our own zone and our own world together. There are no cover songs, so we made more of a '20s, '30s vibe with an authentic and organic twist. There are no samples — it's all live music. just looking at these photos make my mouth water. the pictures of the deserts and the appetizers however were in my lost phone. I was so sakai that i got to take a photo and have a nice chat with the world-renowned head chef of Lafite, Chef Damon Campbell. the foamy, soap-like thing on the lobster is actually garlic air. The desert that i ordered is named "breakfast". This is because the spherification ball that is an invention of Damon is placed on top of an ice cream-ish coconut cream thing and looks like an egg hence the name breakfast. the waiter who served this also wore a bathrobe. creative non? They also serve free chocolates at the end of your meal which is placed in a puzzle piece shaped lafite box.

Tweenies all over are outraged over news of a Filipino version of Twilight for television set to begin production soon.

Actors Rayver Cruz and Shaina Magdayao will be portraying Edward and Isabella, respectively, in the ABS-CBN production which will treat the vampire love story as "drama, romance, and fantasy."

It will be directed by Cathy Garcia Molina and is scheduled to begin filming sometime in February, in both the Philippines and abroad.

The news comes as an upheaval to Twilighters across the internet, who have started an online petition to halt production on Takipsilim because it will "ruin the real Twilight."

Oh don't worry, the American money-grubbing sequel is already working on that!

it is now the third day since my return from KL. I just bought my new phone at spring earlier. An iphone 3g. In case any of you arent in the know, i negligently lost my cellphone in a taxi cab in the big city. grrr! fuckity fuckity fuck fuck. im primarily upset because all the photographs that i captured while frolicking in Pavilion, while having a sumptuous replast at Lafite (arghh! the spheriphication balls!!) are now god knows where in god knows who's hands. My darling iphone, i was quite attached to it if compared to my previous cellphones. i dont know why. sob sob sob. Its a good thing ive just realized that when i plug in my new iphone to my laptop it automatically restores contact numbers, old photos, notes, old texts, etc. Deterioratingly, I was asking for people's phone numbers before I found out about this. All my hard work, all in vain. HAHA. On the plus side of things, at last i finally found grey jeans that actually fit me at A/X. you dont know how LONG ive been hankering after a pair of grey jeans. And the brown vintage looking leather details i just adore. I also hung out with Zurya and Eqah at Pavilion. That was fun albeit rather abrupt. we totally forgot to snap photos. ahahah. Singapore is THE place to be this holiday season. Marissa is still there, so is Eqah, Nad just got back, Trah and Wawa went last week, Babe is going tommorow, Kristen is going in a few days. Not to mention other friends and associates who either are currently in, just returned or are going overseas, have fun guys! Especially to Trah and Razin who will be off to Hong Kong tommorow! Disneyland! ah im having green monster issues now. ahahahaa.

im blogging at the airport currently. what a ho-hum it is loitering for my flight. Simply lost in my twilight reverie. the weather is soooo "forks" right now. GAHAHA. im secretly hoping rosalie cullen will come and bite me... LOL. i havent even eaten anything resulting in my crankiness. I'll just have to suffer shoving down "food" down my throat from the stupid box thingy in flight later on. No worries though, headed for Lafite momentarily after arriving. Celebrating dad's birthday. ...today was quite boring. Like any other sunday it began with that peculiar feeling and monotonous environment that Sundays seem to emanate. Im sure most of you agree. I slept at 5.30 then woke up at 1. Had laksa as i do every sunday. then continued with my onlining and reading. shortly after, tita, adek, allea and sharina came over. we just chit chat and ate snacks. Then they went back (a beaming allea left with my New Moon book), i got ready cause sister brought me to watch twilight for the fourth time. Then we had dinner at the junk and came home.... Im waiting for more exciting things to happen in my life. hopefully sooner rather than later.

HELLO ALL :-) Please forgive me for being MIA transiently. Nearly a fortnight ago while I was out and about during the day there was a vexatious thunderstorm accompanied by silly lightning that reviled my internet modem AND my laptop charger depriving me of connection to the outside world. I felt like i was in a state of purgatory. It is quite overt that the internet has become a pivotal part of my post SPM days, heck even before that. HAHA. To atone for my abrupt disappearance from the blogosphere i shall be very verbose in this particular post. LOL. Here's what ive been doing thus far..

SATURDAY/29th November, my sister and I were invited by the fabulous Marissa Ramsay (ty mbok) to attend Edric Ong's fashion show at ARTrageously Ramsay Ong's art gallery. Its sort of like a showcase of Edric's latest designs as well as Ramsay's paintings and other forms of artwork. I must say at first i thought it was going to be a drab. But it turned out to be somewhat enthralling. Albeit some of the clothes cant really be worn in Malaysia given our tropic weather. Im sure europeans will admire Edric's ethnical inspired clothes, ty mbok said he is quite well known there. Some of the shirts, pants, tops were wearable and the skirts were very prorsum. The headgear however, not so much. Haha. Ramsay's artwork i do like.

MONDAY/1st December, marks my first day of employment at Femme boutique (sister's shop). I guess its not too bad since i punch-in at around 11am-12pm and punch-out at roughly 5-ish. In spite of that, i must concede that its hard to earn money. My task is to simply be present at the shop and i still find it arduous. Its not so much the working part of my job that's wearying but its knowing the fact that i have to get up everyday and go to the shop part that is difficult. i feel like i have to go there without my own free will as opposed to my unemployment days where i pop up to the shop leisurely. Huh, it gives a sense of appreciation and content. I cant imagine how it must feel for adults who have to earn a living while I idly work just to kill time and earn auxiliary moolah..

TUESDAY/2nd November, that night Izzah invited sister and I for a bbq at her house. It was sort of effa's early birthday celebration since they were going to leave for jakarta then kl. The food that her mom made were really good. As always. :D

WEDNESDAY/3rd December, mom and dad flew to kl for a MITI(ministry of internal trade and industry) Club dinner thingy. She left behind the outfit she was gonna wear. HAHAHAHA. She makes a habit out of nagging me for being so careless and irresponsible. Now, she got a taste of her own medicine. LOL. She had to look for another outfit and fortuitously the event was being held at One World hotel so she had time to scour for a new outfit at OU. Sister and I just hung out at the store and stuff.

FRIDAY/5th December, I planned a get together with Mira, Rose and the others (except for ellyza who was still in Jakarta) at Magenta since i havent seen them since the last day of SPM but the rendezvous gwas put on the back burner cause Mira bailed. We'll have to make other plans soon guys. So instead i watched twilight again with sister. But before that i went out to buy Christmas decorations for the shop at green gallery.

Then on Monday i watched it AGAIN with sonia and faiz. hahaha. Tuesday, my laptop charger and new router finally arrived. Nothing interesting happened on the days that i didnt mention. i did nothing except work, read all the twilight books twice, and occasionally facebook-ing.

....yesterday i called and went all over kuching in search of something that ive recently became extremely fond of. it was sold out everywhere as im sure all the tweens and even children plus adults have a burning desire for it. at first when sonia told me to read i was quite "ingga"(repulsive i think???) because everyone all of sudden was crazy for it so i didnt want to read it. until i saw the movie of course. its safe to say that ive succumbed to the drag of teenage obsession and a worldwide phenomenon that is TWILIGHT.

i called times they were sold out, went to my bookstore, zilch. sinar suci only had the fourth installment. when i went to mph they had all except the 1st one. alas, i finally was about to give up and would only have to purchase the 2nd,3rd and 4th book.....until the store assistant told me they had the hardcover set which had all four. i was over the moon! but in order for me to have it mom said i had to clean my room or else she wont give it to me since the hardcover set was more costly than the paperback edition. For which i did. At least now i have a clean room, and all the twilight books. what could be more wrong? :)

sooo.... Thursday night turned out to be quite unexpected. I decided to ask Azureen and Krsten out since both of them finished all their papers as well. Sonia tagged along. Mya couldnt come because of some lame excuse which im sure she lied about. :p plus she has an accounts paper next week. Well anyway, i went to Hilton to see Zurya and she's there with Aymie, Sadeeq and Aymie's friend Atul(did i spel it correctly??). After swimming they all "played" in the bathroom together and we took weird photos. ahaha. then after that ween picked me up and we went to the movies to watch twilight at about 9.15. the movie was great, A LOT BETTER than that stupid Covenant movie. i feel like i wanna watch it again. I will :D. i sat with kristen and pretty much annoyed her the whole time lol. then we went to have dinner and only me and kristen ate the rest of them (heidi and sonia) were on a diet as usual. then weeny sent me home first but before that we took a spin around travilion(so gai) as heidi wanted to spy on spencer. then they sent me home and aparently after that they had a near death experience thank to the ever-so-efficient driver Azureen Bakrie. Not quite as festive as a post SPM celebratory affair should be but all in all i like it. what could be better than spending time with amazing friends?

YAWN.. im at home. just got back from breakfast at coffee bean with mom. currently procrastinating. dont even know what time our final SPM paper starts. some people say 11.30 some 11.40 blahblah. it seems like such a joke that we still have to go to school. for most of us it feels like everything is over long ago like water under the bridge. Hmm.... bloody est. it better not be that hard. anyway, had fun yesterday. went to jantzen to get a haircut then sonia, nad, zurya and i just frolicked around spring and ate and ate and stuff. they all shopped..with MY moolah. haha. then later in the evening aymie came wth her friend and we just chilled. since today is the official last day of exam i hope i can go out tonight. sonia bailed out at the last minute due to, um "irreconcilable differences". LOL. TWILIGHT is premiering todayyyy i really wanna watch but for sure the tickets are all sold out at this time. maybe ill just go to hilton to see zurya and all for a short bit. ill have to wait till mya finishes her accounts paper then watch twilight with her. I predict i wont do anything at all tonight just stay at home and be bored. but thats fine. i need to fix up my gym membership soon cause mom says she wont let me get my drivers licence of i dont. HAHA. And she offered me a job to work at the store but im still thinking about that, i mean i really dont feel like waking up early then spending my time at the store without my own free will. although the extra money does sond tempting. need to save money for LA. lols. anyways, i gotta go and get ready now. will wear the school uniform for the last time and sit for a schhol exam for the last time. but before that im going to nads for tomyam. hahahaha i eat too much. this will just be a short post as im feeling quite lazy this time around. i feel like i have the need to share this bit of information which ya'll probably already know. stumbled upon the newspaper as i was walkig to the kitche to get my laksa and there it was on the cover. Yoga is apparently being banned for fear that it might "memesong akidah" umat islam. i mean, im all for islam and stuff like that but SERIOUSLY????? YOGA???? these people are out of their minds in my opinion. i mean yoga is jst a form of exercise! the people who do yoga nowadays im sure only do it to either lose weight?be healthy or just do it cause all the celebrities do it. not that many people do it and actually get real deep into the meaning of yoga and all things buddhism. just a handful of people probably. and anyways, by declaring that yoga is bad just adds fuel to the fire. as if theyre gonna care. huhh... oh well. thats probably enough of that out of me cause i really dont want to be held captive by the bloody isa. lol.

21st november........ ahhhhhhh im feeling so nostalgic. What a day to remember. exactly a year ago at this very second me, mya, ween, nad, sonia, sab, azlina, aunty amnah and others were in-flight via Thai Airways(i thought i'd go purple to represent the thai airways purple-ness) fukuoka bound. i still remember Aiman being all burry and when we just got on to the plane aiman wanted to trade seats with this guy and he said "blablablabla can i have your seat?? i beg your pardon!" boy did we crack up. He apparently thought "i beg your pardon!" was something like "i beg off you!". HAHA. I cant remember who i sat with though but i think it was nad and sonia. thai airways served us really good food during the in-flight meals. we requested halal food of course. i love and miss everything about that trip. meeting new people, acquiring new friends, even getting scolded by aunty amnah countless times. :D (sometimes even for stuff we didnt do. harumph) Also i miss waking up every morning at my foster family's home in Nagasaki with aiman and zong hong eating scrumptious food that my "mum" would make. ah i really miss her and their house was great. I also miss ween screaming at lydia in the bus. hahaha. and i cant believe i did poco-poco and performed inang and other stuff in front of thousands of people. :). I HEART JAPAN. wouldnt it be amazing if all of us went together again????

p.s., Narita Airport is amazinggggg. and i lost my disneyland umbrella on the way to bangkok. then from bangkok to kl i lost my topman scarf which i loved. and on the way to kuching almost lost my beanie but thank god sab found it. i called thai airways at their kl office and even their bangkok office and they said they found nothing. somewhere someone is enjoying my umbrella and scarf. i curse the day you were born! LOL (l forgot to mention aunty zainap. HAHA)

It is now the end of the second week of SPM exams and quite frankly i dont really know why but i dont seem to care. i didnt even study as much as i had hoped. though it is true what they say that the actual SPM examinations are easier than the school ones(for my school of course, range of difficulties may vary depending on your school). BM was a bit weird but still manageable. English was easy peasy. Maths i think i did alright. Heck, i even did quite well for additional maths. Usually i would leave around 70% of the questions blank but this time i actually managed to answer at least 70% much to my own astonishment, haha. So hopefully I'll get an A for that.I'll be content with an A2 ;p. Although i cant say the same for sejarah. im having mixed feelings for sejarah. im not wuite sure whether i hate or like it. Bottom line is, i can just forget about scoring an A for that. Probably because i didnt study, however most people said it was rather difficult as well. Three more subjects and 8 more papers remain. I cant wait to finish off with school. I think im definitely gonna miss it. Plenty of ups and downs had happened there and i shall always cherish the fond memories that i had.

.....so yeah. my initial plan was to start blogging after SPM, but seeing as all the major papers(add math, chemistry etc) are all done for, ive decided to push up the "release" of my blog a week earlier. i'm kinda new at this and i hope you will find my posts entertaining. :)
